Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the signed proposal, notice period, work completed and non-refundable vendor commitments already made for the event.

Approved refunds, if any, are processed after deducting documented planning, production, procurement, staffing and cancellation costs. Date changes remain subject to team and venue availability.
